Holistic Herbalism

+Different healing modalities complement each other. Herbalism doesn’t replace care from licensed medical professionals. Likewise, no aspect of modern industrialized medicine can replace a diverse collection of herbs and movement, both tailored to the individual.

+Herbalism helps us move from passive to active healing.

+Until very recent times, we have always lived in close proximity to plants. We did not evolve with electricity or smart phone alerts and notifications. Herbalism helps us deactivate our flight or fight response and activate our relaxation response.

+There is evidence that diseases associated with plant-deficient diets are on the rise.
